Virtual-Actual Laboratory of Natural Sciences at GASB

Georgian-American School of Batumi has acquired a virtual-actual laboratory of natural sciences, which allows invisible processes in nature to be visually presented on the screen.

• Actual-Virtual Physics Laboratory;

• Virtual Chemistry Laboratory;

• Elementary Virtual Laboratory;

The use of modern technologies in the learning process will make it easier for students to perceive the current processes in the world, and the new virtual-actual laboratory will help students to better study and understand the natural sciences.

On September 9, a presentation-training of a virtual laboratory was held at GASB. The school invited Professor David Songhulashvili, Head of the Academy of Science Education and Innovative Technologies at the Georgian Technical University from Tbilisi who spoke about the principles of the laboratory and trained school teachers who will introduce new technologies in the daily learning process.

In addition, an agreement was reached with the school and the author of the virtual-actual laboratory, Davit Songhulashvili, under which the school will constantly receive news and our students will be actively involved in various technology projects.
