Parental Involvement - Parent doctor tips for students

Parental involvement is one of the major challenges in the educational process. That's why Georgian-American School of Batumi is continuing the project "Parental Engagement - Book Hour"

Within the framework of the project, primary school students met parents who are physicians by profession.

Topic: Recommendation for hygiene (Parents explained to their students how to protect themselves from seasonal influenza and respiratory infections in everyday life)

“Parental involvement” means parental involvement in regular, multifaceted communication, student learning, and various school activities.

According to studies, the students whose parents are actively involved in the educational process, reach better results, get better grades, have higher academic achievements and quality of homework assignments, their attendance rate is higher, and are distinguished by their positive behavior, are friendly to the school and believe in themselves and their abilities.

Meetings are held once a week, with a pre-prepared topic and relevant interactive activities involving all children.

Thanks to all the parents involved in the project for working together!
