Colors Week- White!
The Week of Colors at Georgian-American School of Batumi began with white!
White is a neutral color; in painting, it is used to lighten other colors. White is the color of purity, sterility, and infinity, and is associated with light, clarity, and new beginnings. In paintings or wall art, white often represents space or background where everything begins and continues infinitely. In art, color is one of the most powerful expressive tools. It speaks without words through emotions, moods, and impressions.
Artists use them not only to paint pictures and convey reality, but also to express emotions, ideas, and values. Colors influence our choices - the color of our clothing, the interior and design of our homes, advertising banners, and so on. Color is precisely that wordless message that reaches our subconscious and influences our emotions and moods, and often our decisions as well.
Let's remember - what do primary and secondary colors mean? There are 3 primary colors in nature: red, yellow, and blue. These colors cannot be obtained by mixing other colors and form the foundation for all other colors. Secondary colors are obtained by mixing two primary colors:
Red + Blue = Purple
Red + Yellow = Orange
Blue + Yellow = Green
Secondary colors "borrow" the properties of primary colors and uniquely transform them so that a new color is born.
