Basic first aid training

At the Georgian-American School of Batumi, a representative of the Batumi branch of the Georgian Red Cross Society conducted a basic first aid training, in which 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students participated.

Along with theoretical knowledge, they had the opportunity to develop practical skills using mannequins.

The objectives of this activity are:

  • To give school students the opportunity to act quickly, correctly, and safely in emergency situations based on the knowledge they have acquired;
  • For students to understand the importance and purpose of first aid;
  • To acquire essential initial knowledge and practical skills for saving lives;
  • To develop a sense of responsibility and humanity;
  • To be able to maintain a safe environment both for themselves and for those around them.
