The lecture course of Kant’s Academy has started at Georgian-American School of Batumi. The first lecture was held within the Leadership and Effective Communication Forum. 11th and 12th graders were engaged in activities on different communication methods together with the audience. The meeting was held by invited speaker Tsvata Berdzenishvili. Within the framework of lecture modules, three other speakers from Tbilisi will visit Batumi, who along with our students, will discuss the topics as follows:

• Interpersonal and intrapersonal communication;
• Body language; barriers within the communication;
• Listening techniques;
• The Art of Public Speaking;
• The essence and methodology of coaching;
• Stress management and emotional intellect;
• Logics and analytical skills;
• Leadership types and characteristics of personal development;
• Resource management and global leadership.
