Meeting in Batumi Technopark
The students of the Georgian-American School of Batumi attended the meeting organized by the American Corner Batumi in Batumi Technopark, the main topic of which was “Woman in the field of science and security”.
The event was conducted by the representatives of the Embassy of the United States of America.
The meeting was held in a question-and-answer format, where the students of our school received detailed information with regard to the issues of their interest.
The mentioned meeting was distinguished due to the fact that advices were given by practitioners working in the fields of science and security, who themselves overcame many obstacles on their way to success. The communication with people of such an experience helps to increase the motivation of students in terms of choosing unpopular professions for women.
