Spelling Bee at GASB
The final round of the English spelling "Spelling Bee" was held at the Georgian-American School of Batumi.
The spelling competition was held on the appropriate vocabulary items of A1-A2 and B1-B2 levels defined by Cambridge, where students of grades V-X of GASB participated.
In the first round, respectively, five finalists were identified at the primary and basic levels, and in the final round, the winner was Temuri Kakhidze, a student of the VI grade, and Nineli Kasradze, a student of the X grade.
The finalists were awarded with a certificate of success, and the winner was awarded with a certificate and a prize.
The event was led by Nino Khachidze and Ana Zoidze, English teachers of the Georgian-American School of Batumi.
