Evening of Shakespeare
William Shakespeare's jubilee evening was held at the Georgian-American School of Batumi.
Our students brought to life on stage "Romeo and Juliet", "Othello and Desdemona", "Hamlet" and "King Lear".
The English playwright and poet, William Shakespeare, is considered one of the most glorious representatives of world drama.
The most famous tragedies of William Shakespeare are: "Hamlet", "Othello", "King Lear", "Macbeth", "Romeo and Juliet" and "Antonius and Cleopatra". Most deeply reflected in these tragedies was Shakespeare's humanistic worldview, his belief in human strength and intellectual ability.
