Pi Day - Mathematical Holiday!
Every year on March 14, the world celebrates the International Day of "Pi".
The first day of π was celebrated in 1988 at the Exploratorium in San Francisco at the Science Museum.
The concept of π-3.14 still dates back to Archimedes, although the term pi, denoted by the Greek letter π, was coined in 1707 by the mathematician William Jones.
